Description of Electro Polishing Process:

The electro polishing process smoothens, polishes, deburrs, and cleans aluminum, stainless steels, in an electrolytic acidic bath. The Electro polishing process selectively removes high points from the surface of a part and leaves a high luster.

Electro polishing is a great replacement for the aluminum bright dipping process, which utilizes much harsher acidic chemistries to achieve a high luster on the aluminum part prior to anodizing.
