Description of "Nano-Dizing HC":
AMC revolutionary proprietary processes produce a superior hard coat with greater density and better wear attributes compared to conventional hard coat anodizing processes. We have successfully been able to increase the cell size of the coating, while simultaneously reducing the pore size to less than 10nm, thus leaving a superior coating for wear and hardness compared to conventional hard coat anodizing processes. We have successfully brought the pore size down to a Nano-scale instead of a micron scale that conventional Hard Coat processes offer. Most Hard Coat anodizing shops yield a pore size of 50nm-100nm; a few have been able to achieve 20nm. But none have been able to achieve a 10nm or less pore size like AMC. This places AMCÃs anodizing technology years ahead of the industry norm.
AMC is the only anodizing shop in the country who has this proprietary process and offers it to our customers who want the value added attributes to maintain, or increase their competitive advantage with a hard coat anodic coating superior to conventional hard coat anodizing.
